Hi. there seems to be a problem with your calendar. If you select a day between 1-12, say for example I need to input May 8, 2024, if I click on the month and day, it will automatically proceed to month of August. Same goes until 12, it will automatically proceed to month of December. But the rest day 13-30 is good. Hope you can fix it. Thank you!

And by clicking the button, the concatenated last name and first name from different columns in sheet2, rating and final rating will be displayed in sheet1 table.
